Alfred is a terrible liar. He thinks that making enormous, adorable puppy dog eyes, repeatedly denying that he’s lying, and putting on a falsetto is enough to throw anyone off his trail.
Arthur thinks it’s extremely cute, and often plays along with it, since usually the only times Alfred lies is when he’s doing something special for him.
